We have a challenge for you
so we are going to pass you over to the other members of the team
(We all help to set up the Olympic long jump)
3 children chosen before that are good at doing something other than jumping.
(A bit of vocal encouragement for those accepting the challenge)

Reflection
We can all be good at lots of different things and there are some things we are not so good at and we must be happy with that. Going back to the long jump none of us could reach the standard that is needed for the Olympics today, but perhaps there are those here today who in the future might be able to compete.
We can try our hardest to be the best we can be. None of us however much we try can reach the standard God has set. At one time I thought that was very mean of God but He has a plan to help us and we will tell you about that next time
